Recipe of the Week! Toblerone Tartlet!

For those of you who like cooking, why not give my Toblerone Tartlet a try. Not only is it yummy! but will certainly get you extra brownie points at a family dinner or BBQ!



YUMMY TOBLERONE TARTLET

Serves between 10-12 people
Takes approximatley 30 minutes plus time to chill

INGREDIANCE
  • Obviously main ingrediant is the Toblerone! use 300g - Make sure this is all chopped in to small bits.
  • 40cm of Shortcrust pastry
  • 284ml of Double Cream
  • 30g of coloured chocolate to decorate - either White or Dark

HOW TO MAKE

  • Add the Toblerone and Cream together in a heavy saucepan, have it on a very low heat, warming the contence and stiring occasionally.
  • Once the Toblerone starts to melt, take off the heat and stir manually until it is all mixed in with the cream and smoothish.
  • Leave to cool for approximatley 25-30 Minutes
  • Pour the mixture in to your Shortcrust Pastry case
  • Then to decorate grate some of your white or dark chocolate over the top for effect.
  • Then place in Fridge for to chill before serving
